D. Video surveillance

Video surveillance is carried out exclusively in exterior areas (entrances and outdoor areas) of our villas and not inside living spaces. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with § 4 BDSG, reflecting our legitimate interest in protecting property, guests, staff, and preventing criminal activity.

Recorded footage is stored securely and deleted after a short retention period unless required for the investigation of a specific incident.
